The work quality and service were not as expected, instead of replacing vents as stated in the contract they spray painted existing ones and then left the spray paint cans on the roof. We had to notify them for replacement, but they then had to cut away at the newly layed roof to replace new vents. There were also puddles of liquid sitting on the new layed roof, that reeked of urine.
3 day after the completion of our new roof, we experienced water leaking from the ceiling during an active rain. The water damage into our home was worse than the original problem, resulting in over $10,000 in interior water damage.
